In 2005, Foodlines worked on the programming and preliminary redesign of the Food Service areas in this 250-bed facility in Des Moines, for a consolidation of the Food Service facilities in Des Moines and Knoxville, Iowa. Foodservice Design by Foodlines, in collaboration with Leo A. Daly.

Grand Island Veterans Home – Grand Island, NE
Foodlines completed a renovation of the dishroom at the Grand Island Veteran’s Home, and later developed an analysis on four main Food Service Areas: Dietary-Main Production Kitchen, Household Serving Kitchens, Group Room Kitchen, and the Fox Hole Snack Bar.
