Foodlines & Erickson Sullivan transformed a standard Casey’s gas station into a stunning, vibrant space that redefines casual dining. The redesigned interior features an eye-catching, brightly colored aesthetic centered around the restaurant’s mascot Birriana the goat. The dining room accommodates 90 guests and includes a self-serve salsa bar, adding a dynamic and interactive element to the dining experience. The kitchen is equipped with two cooklines to support the preparation of authentic, made-fresh daily cuisine. Additionally, the space includes a paletería, offering quick-serve frozen treats and snacks for customers on the go.
