The Oven Cellar Bar

Overview

Foodlines, in collaboration with Baldridge and Nelson Architects and Engineers, developed construction documents for an 11,000-square-foot addition to the South Dakota State University (SDSU) Student Union. This project relocated the Union’s bakery operations from another campus building, significantly enhancing efficiency and functionality.

In response to student demand, the addition also introduced three popular fast-casual franchises, supplementing the main servery at the heart of the Union. Foodlines worked closely with these brands to ensure their spaces and equipment met operational requirements.

Beyond foodservice consulting, Foodlines provided full interior design services, including finish and furnishing selections, creating a cohesive and functional dining environment.
