Quarry Oaks Golf Club

Overview

Quarry Oaks in Ashland is undergoing a full-course and clubhouse renovation. Foodlines, which originally designed the kitchen in 1995, is excited to assist in the redesign 30 years later. The kitchen updates include an expanded walk-in cooler and freezer space, an updated cookline and warewash equipment, and the addition of new staging areas. Two new main-level bars have also been added to enhance the guest experience. Additionally, Foodlines provided equipment for two ‘halfway houses’ located midway through the course, each outfitted to support golfers and guests during their rounds.
