Foodlines has designed commercial kitchens and serveries for many public entities throughout the state of Nebraska, like the State Capitol, several military kitchens, and a correctional facility. Lancaster County Adult Detention Facility
Foodlines was the local Food Service Consultant on this new 780-bed facility, designing a large prep/cook kitchen with large storage areas.

Nebraska State Capitol
Foodlines designed a new kitchen and scramble servery that included casework to fit the historic character of this 89-year-old building.

Military Project
The renovation and addition to the dining facility included a main kitchen, dishroom, wash stations, and a full prep-cook-serve cookline capable of preparing a vast menu to support personnel and staff.
