Overview

Foodlines designed a new kitchen and scramble-style servery for the renovation of this 92-year-old building, carefully incorporating casework that complemented the historic character of the space. The renovation included a reconfiguration of both the servery and back-of-house operations, along with updates to the lower-level prep kitchen to improve efficiency and functionality. Throughout the project, special attention was given to preserving the building’s historic integrity. All finishes were either carefully matched to the original materials or replaced with entirely new materials that adhered to the building’s historic guidelines, ensuring a seamless blend of modern design and classic architectural features.
