Foodlines and Erickson Sullivan played a key role in the renovation of The Oven, a cherished dining spot in Lincoln’s Haymarket District. This project involved converting a partially unfinished basement into usable space. A new steel and glass stairway was created to connect The Oven and The Cellar below – a sophisticated lower level with additional dining seating, temperature-controlled wine storage space to house The Oven’s vast wine collection, elegant wine cuvées, a well-appointed bar, and cozy lounge seating arranged around a fireplace, providing guests with a warm and intimate atmosphere to enjoy fine wines.
