The Oven Cellar Bar

Overview

At Marion Military Institute, we designed a new 2,700-square-foot full-production kitchen to serve cadets, kitchen staff, and faculty, with a projected population of approximately 525 at full capacity.

The kitchen features serving lines, a walk-in cooler/freezer, dishwashing facilities, and dry storage, all tailored to meet the needs of a high-volume operation. This update included both reused and new equipment, such as the walk-in cooler and freezer, dry storage shelving units, cooking and preparation equipment, an exhaust hood, new warewash equipment, and two serving lines with beverage stations
