Overview

This popular Broken Bow-based brewery expanded its reach by opening its first Lincoln location situated in the Historic Haymarket District. Foodlines and our architectural team (ESA)  remodeled the space to create a welcoming atmosphere, complete with an outdoor dining and seating area, enhancing the overall guest experience.

Building on the success of the brewery, we continued our partnership with the owners for the opening of Lincoln’s first distillery, Sideshow Spirits. For this venture, Foodlines designed the tasting room, ensuring it reflected the unique character of the distillery while providing a comfortable and engaging space for visitors to enjoy their drinks.
