Overview

The remodel of the Kiewit Corporate Headquarters Dining facility included several key upgrades to enhance both employee experience and kitchen efficiency. A new double-sided salad bar, beverage island, coffee bar, and grab-and-go area were introduced to offer a variety of dining options. The main serving lines were reconfigured to allow employees to quickly and easily select their desired entrée while improving accessibility to equipment for kitchen staff.

The kitchen was redesigned with distinct areas for baking, salad preparation, and beverage prep, alongside expanded storage space to streamline operations. Foodlines also contributed to the redesign of Kiewit locations in Lenexa, KS, and Denver, CO, supporting their broader workplace dining initiatives.
