Foodlines served as the Food Service Consultant for this 40-seat Bistro located within The Green House residences, a skilled nursing care center on the campus of John Knox Village in Pompano Beach, Florida.

The Bistro offers three meals a day with a focus on healthy, made-to-order options. Residents can choose from a diverse menu featuring hot and cold sandwiches, salads, soups, breakfast items, and ice cream—all prepared fresh in the 1,100 SF kitchen. A “Grab and Go” merchandiser and a selection of beverages provide additional convenience for residents seeking quick dining options.

Designed for a restaurant-style experience, the Bistro features indoor seating with banquettes for a comfortable dining atmosphere, as well as sidewalk café seating for those who prefer an outdoor setting.
