Foodlines redesigned the kitchen at Hillcrest Shadow Lake Assisted Living, enhancing functionality while working within the existing kitchen’s footprint. Key updates included the addition of an exterior walk-in cooler and freezer, as well as the relocation of the cookline, dishroom, and prep area to improve workflow and efficiency. Additionally, two satellite kitchenettes were designed to serve residents more conveniently near their rooms, ensuring that meals could be easily delivered to those who need them.
