Harry S. Truman Memorial Veterans Hospital is a 125-bed project where Foodlines played a key role in the design of its food service operations. We specified a new, highly efficient trayline with updated equipment designed to streamline meal service and improve workflow. The design includes separate cooklines for different culinary functions, ensuring optimal efficiency and flexibility. We also recommended and specified new warewash equipment, carefully chosen to integrate seamlessly with the hospital’s existing equipment, enhancing overall operational performance. Additionally, Foodlines provided expertise in selecting durable, food service-appropriate finishes for the floors, ceilings, and walls, ensuring both functionality and ease of maintenance in the hospital’s kitchen and dining areas.
