Overview

This project involved a new addition to the hospital, featuring a kitchen, servery, and dining room designed to enhance foodservice operations and accommodate growing needs.

The hospital, a 25-bed facility, provides breakfast and lunch to employees and visitors at Sneakers Café, while also preparing meals for Congregate Meals and Home-Delivered Meals programs, serving the community Monday through Friday.

The 2,400-square-foot addition  created a modern, efficient foodservice space, improving meal preparation, service, and overall dining experience for hospital staff, patients, and visitors.
