Gate 25
Overview
Gate 25, one of the original residents of Lincoln’s vibrant Railyard District, offers a lively atmosphere with a striking central circular bar that serves as the focal point of the space. Designed by Foodlines and Erickson Sullivan, this 3,000-square-foot restaurant was created as an anchor tenant for the district, incorporating one of the firm’s most compact and efficient kitchen layouts to maximize seating and customer experience.
The circular bar features custom lighting, translucent panels, laser-cut metal accents, and durable finishes, enhancing both its aesthetic appeal and functionality. The seating arrangement is diverse, including a popular community table, standing drink rails, a raised platform seating area, and a cozy soft seating zone. To meet high demand, a secondary bar was designed to serve both the restaurant and the Railyard during peak hours.
In addition, Foodlines designed a separate tasting room for the client, incorporating a similar layout with another service bar connected to the Railyard and seating for 20-25 patrons, providing an intimate yet functional space for special events and private gatherings.
