Overview

Foodlines, in collaboration with BVH Architects, has partnered with Fremont Public Schools for nearly 25 years to enhance and optimize food service facilities across the district. The project began with the design of new kitchens for the high school and middle school, followed by a comprehensive district-wide assessment of all school kitchens.

Most recently, Foodlines contributed to the design of three new elementary schools, utilizing a standardized blueprint to improve efficiency in design, construction, and equipment costs. Additionally, a fourth elementary school underwent a kitchen relocation, optimizing the layout for improved functionality. This project incorporated a mix of existing and new equipment to streamline food preparation, serving, and warewashing processes while maintaining cost-effectiveness.
