Overview

The Historic Raymond Brothers building, once a warehouse, was initially transformed into a high-end Korean barbecue restaurant. However, as construction neared completion, the owner decided not to open. A group of local restaurateurs then purchased the space and introduced a fine-dining concept, highlighting the building’s unique architectural details, including exposed brick walls, wood columns and beams, a small vault, and decorative arched windows. They retained key elements from ESA and Foodlines’ original design, such as built-in banquette seating with water-vapor fireplaces and a locally sourced walnut bar top, seamlessly blending modern touches with historic charm.
