Designed to serve 1,500 employees at FSCA’s Omaha headquarters, the 4,700 SF servery and kitchen offers a variety of dining options tailored to diverse tastes and schedules.

The facility features an exhibition cookline, where meals are prepared in full view of employees, creating an interactive dining experience. A made-to-order sandwich station allows for customized options, while a large salad and specialty bar provides fresh, healthy choices. For those on the go, grab-and-go merchandisers offer quick and convenient meal selections.

To accommodate employees who bring their own meals, the design includes a dedicated refrigerator and microwave station, ensuring convenience and flexibility for all.
