Overview
The Arenas feature a 1,500-square-foot demonstration kitchen located within the Education Center, designed for culinary education and live cooking events. In addition to this, there are six self-contained concession areas. Each concession area includes prep spaces, cooklines, and warewash facilities, ensuring efficient food preparation and service. Two of the concession stands are approximately 650 square feet, ideal for smaller food concepts, while the remaining four concession stands are significantly larger, at about 1,500 square feet each, allowing for more complex food operations.
In the Barn, the food service facilities are expansive, including two self-contained concession areas with a combined total of roughly 3,200 square feet. These are designed to serve large crowds and cater to diverse food preferences. Additionally, there are two catering areas totaling 1,800 square feet, providing spaces dedicated to event catering services.
On the second level of the Barn, there is an 800-square-foot bar designed to serve beverages and provide a social gathering space. Adjacent to the bar is a 350-square-foot catering room, ideal for hosting private events or serving VIP guests during larger events, ensuring a wide range of dining experiences across the facility.
