Overview

The Scottsbluff Culinary Classroom is a dynamic foodservice and instructional facility designed to support both daily meal production and hands-on culinary education.

The 1,800 SF servery offers a diverse selection of made-to-order deli and grill items, pizza, hot entrées, and rotating specialized entrées. A double-sided salad bar completes the serving lineup, providing fresh, customizable options for students.

The 3,600 SF production kitchen serves the high school’s student population, featuring dedicated areas for baking, food prep, and a three-sided cookline equipped with multiple combi ovens to maximize efficiency and output.

A 1,700 SF self-contained culinary classroom provides a professional learning environment, complete with its own dry storage and warewashing areas. The space includes two U-shaped student workstations, with cooklines and prep areas positioned along the perimeter to optimize workflow and instruction.

This facility seamlessly blends food production and culinary education, equipping students with real-world skills while meeting the high school’s daily foodservice needs.
