Southeast Community College – Beatrice

The Oven Cellar Bar

Overview

Before 2020, Southeast Community College in Beatrice only had a small Snack Bar area in the Administration Building/Student Union, offering limited meal options. To better meet the needs of students and staff, Erickson Sullivan Architects, along with our subsidiary Foodlines, designed a new 12,000 SF Dining Facility. This expanded space includes a scramble-style servery for more efficient food service, a fully equipped prep kitchen to support diverse meal offerings, a conference room for meetings and events, and seating for 270 people to accommodate a large number of students and faculty. The new facility provides a modern, flexible dining experience to better serve the campus community.
