Overview

Consolidated School District OR-1  serves students in the communities of Bennet & Palmyra, NE. Serving approximately 400 students, with projected growth to 500 over the next decade. As part of the planned renovation, Foodlines designed a 2,200 S.F. fully equipped production kitchen. The space includes areas for receiving, storage, refrigeration, food preparation, cookline operations, serving, and warewashing.

Approximately 70% of the existing food service equipment was reused in the renovation, aligning with both the school’s functional needs and sustainability goals.
