Overview

Foodlines planned and designed a 6,750-square-foot food service space to support 200 athletes, coaches, and staff. Collaborating closely with sports nutritionists was essential to ensure the food and beverage options aligned with the overall training and performance goals.

The design included a 3,500-square-foot production kitchen for receiving, storage, service, and warewashing, a 2,500-square-foot dining room servery featuring chef-staffed cooking action stations and self-service buffet counters, and a 750-square-foot nutrition station offering all-day snacks and protein beverages to support athletes’ energy needs throughout the day.
